We are looking for a Machine Learning Manager to lead our East Coast Applied ML team in building and delivering cutting-edge AI solutions tailored for enterprise customers. This is a high-impact leadership role that combines strategic direction, technical oversight, and customer collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
• 8+ years in AI/ML, including technical leadership roles.
• Proven success in leading large ML teams.
• Experience with enterprise deployments and custom model development.
• Deep understanding of LLMs and their deployment.
• Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines and multi-modal applications.
• Proficiency in ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into ML solutions.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
