Enterprise Deployment Engineer (Middle East) - Remote

Overview

The Enterprise Deployment Engineer will lead the implementation and deployment of our secure AI platform, North, within enterprise organizations' environments, ensuring seamless integration and effective use of its capabilities.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises environments.
• Partner with enterprise IT teams to assess infrastructure and security requirements.
• Design and implement deployment strategies tailored to client needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related technical issues.
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions for users.
• 3+ years of experience deploying enterprise software.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
• Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure and networking.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Helm.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience deploying enterprise software in private/hybrid cloud environments.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP), networking, and virtualization.
• Proven experience administering production Kubernetes clusters and expertise with Helm.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Git for version control.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
