In Short

• Develop and maintain IT architectures and solutions in line with organizational goals and corporate strategy
• Participate in the identification, conception, and implementation of IT systems and projects
• Analyze requirements from departments and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs
• Ensure functionality, performance, and efficiency of IT systems and infrastructure
• Conduct code reviews and quality assurance measures for software developments
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and best practices
• Support the further development and optimization of existing IT systems
• Collaborate closely with colleagues from other departments and external partners

Requirements

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in IT architecture and software development
• In-depth knowledge of programming (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and common web technologies
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure IT architectures
• Good knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL, Oracle, MySQL)
• Understanding of IT security aspects and data protection regulations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey technical concepts and solutions clearly
• Team player and collaboration with various stakeholders
• The ability and willingness to travel flexibly and unrestrictedly to successfully advance projects is an essential qualification
