In Short

  • Support top-tier customers in achieving successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Value Engineering to build value roadmaps.
  • Work closely with the Service team to optimize offerings.
  • Co-develop adoption programs and drive end-user interaction.
  • Gather feedback for Product Management.
  • Partner with Customer Enablement to scale learnings.
  • Help Account Management expand and renew customer engagements.

Requirements

  • Experience in Technical Account Management or Customer Success.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to build value roadmaps.
  • Experience in customer engagement and feedback gathering.
