Overview

As an intern in the Corporate Finance department, you will support the team in financial analysis and modeling for M&A opportunities in an international context.

In Short

• Analyze financial opportunities for M&A investments.
• Perform financial modeling and valuation of potential targets.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for the management committee.
• Participate in due diligence processes.
• Monitor trends in key sectors and relevant macroeconomic data.
• Contribute to internal restructurings and asset impairment tests.
• Work with financial databases like Bloomberg and Capital IQ.
• Communicate effectively in French and English.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Be curious and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements

• Final year student or in the second part of a gap year from a top business or engineering school.
• Strong technical knowledge of high-level operations.
• Proficient in Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Rigorous, autonomous, and capable of analysis and reporting.
• Open-minded with strong listening and adaptation skills.
