Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in developer-focused or SaaS environments.
• Proven partner co-marketing execution: webinars, collateral development, field events, sales enablement.
• Community program experience: planning and executing developer meetups, user groups, or grassroots initiatives.
• Systems fluency in community tools (e.g., Discord, CommonRoom) and CRM/marketing systems (e.g., HubSpot, Asana).
• Cross-functional communicator comfortable collaborating with Sales, Product Marketing, and external partners.
• Exceptionally organized with strong project management and attention to detail.
• Logistics pro: coordinate swag, venue sourcing, content delivery, and campaign execution without losing pace.
• Clear reporter: track KPIs and communicate results, learnings, and recommendations.
• Content instincts: turn tutorials, stories, and highlights into reusable assets.
• Hands-on, collaborative, and proactive; able to work independently while staying aligned to team goals; energized by fast-moving startup environments.
