In Short

• Analyze market trends and strategic developments to support Code Gaia’s strategy and ESG leadership position.
• Drive key strategic initiatives alongside the leadership team, supporting customers, prospects, and our community with data-driven insights and execution.
• Shape and execute growth strategies for both our solutions and organization — from outbound sales motions to marketing campaigns and internationalization.
• Develop high-impact materials for customer acquisition, strengthening relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Support day-to-day operations and contribute to scaling processes that keep our business running efficiently and ready for growth.
• Work cross-functionally with the team on special projects — from preparing a new outbound campaign to organizing new GTM rollouts for new product lines.
• Embrace AI-native workstyles by identifying automation opportunities, experimenting with new tools, and sharing best practices — helping shape a fast-moving growth culture at Code Gaia.

Requirements

• You’re driven to build something meaningful from the ground up, and you thrive when taking ownership and working hands-on.
• You’ve gained first professional experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoy navigating complexity.
• You’re naturally curious and eager to dive deep into our processes, our product, and the challenges our customers face.
• You’re a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills in both German and English.
