Overview

The Sustainability team at Code Gaia is responsible for ensuring that our work meets the needs of our partners and users. The team consists of experienced and emerging sustainability experts who all share the desire to improve the way we do business, which inherently means working better for the planet and its inhabitants. Our team is involved in the continuous development of our software, delivering results for our customers, monitoring and maintaining high methodological standards, providing strategic support and consulting, thematic services such as GHG follow-ups and support of the EU taxonomy, sustainability reporting, and much more. Working with us means engaging in a wide range of topics while gaining crucial expertise in key methods and approaches to corporate sustainability.

In Short

• Support clients in implementing sustainability projects.
• Data preparation, integration, plausibility checks, and quality assurance of analysis results in sustainability.
• Preparation and creation of internal and external materials like knowledge documents, blog articles, presentations, and reports.
• Care and further development of Service Levels 1 and 2 (knowledge base, chatbot support) to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Contribute to the further development of our software, especially in AI-supported data analyses and result validation.
• Support the optimization of internal processes and actively participate in strategic initiatives to achieve corporate goals.

Requirements

• Studying business administration, economics, environmental/sustainability management, or a comparable field.
• Independent, structured, and proactive working style with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong team player with a solution-oriented and analytical mindset.
• Technical affinity and interest in digital tools, ideally first experiences in customer support, customer success, or a similar service-oriented role.
• Very good German language skills and fluent English in spoken and written form.
