Overview

The Auralis Group is a software company that collaborates with clients to develop digital solutions from the ground up. We need support in the area of bidding and proposal processes for new projects.

In Short

• Gain insights into strategic decisions and proposal creation
• Close collaboration with the founding team and sales
• Contribute to public and private bids (tech, infrastructure, software projects)
• 20 hours per week, flexible schedule
• Direct communication, flat hierarchies, quick decisions

Requirements

• Ongoing studies related to business, IT, or technology
• Interest (or initial experience) in bidding, sales, or bid management
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Good communication skills (German & English, spoken and written)
• Understanding of complex technical topics - or eagerness to learn
• Flexibility and good availability for tight deadlines
