We are looking to expand our Flywheel Services team, helping customers define, mature, and achieve their robotics transformation objectives with a focus on digital integration. This Strategic Automation Consultant, Flywheel will be on the frontlines of supporting our Cobot customers - leading from experience and defining a roadmap in the short and long term as part of the customer journey.

In Short

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans and timelines.
• Analyze business processes to identify use cases for robotic automation.
• Translate robotics technologies into compelling business cases.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for robotics transformation.
• Advise on onboarding and integration of robotics systems.
• Establish KPIs to measure the impact of robotics transformation.
• Deliver presentations and technical information to stakeholders.
• Provide continuous improvement recommendations for automation strategies.
• Maintain understanding of robotic capabilities across various sectors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in robotics and digital strategy consulting.
• Proven experience in customer-facing consulting roles.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel at least 40% of the time.
• Must have and maintain US citizenship or permanent residency.
