Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Design/Innovation Engineering or a similar role.
• Experience collaborating with customers to gather requirements and present solutions.
• Comprehensive experience in the design cycle of warehouses and fulfillment centers.
• Proficiency in CAD software and business/technical software like MS Excel.
• At least 3 years of experience utilizing data analytics and visualization tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead engineering design projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel at least 40% of the time.
• Must have and maintain US citizenship or permanent residency.
