Overview

In Short

• This position primarily involves the specification, design, and configuration of PLC, DCS, MES, and data historians.
• Involves interaction with cross-functional groups to propose and assess modifications to improve operational efficiency.
• Much of the work can be performed remotely, except for the start-up commissioning phase.
• Candidates should be willing to relocate temporarily if needed.
• Duration of the project is 12 months or more.
• Requires experience in control systems design and implementation.
• S88 Batch experience is required.
• Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Requirements

• 5+ years in control systems design and implementation.
• Good process knowledge and understanding of engineering documents.
• Working knowledge of structured methodologies for manufacturing systems.
• Experience with Emerson DeltaV and/or Allen Bradley controllers is preferred.
• Prior experience in FDA regulated industries is preferred.
• Able to be onsite when needed.
