Senior Engineer, Automation - Remote

Overview

The Senior Engineer, Automation is responsible for executing automation solutions that improve efficiency across departments by integrating tools such as BPA, PSA, and RMM.

• Support automation opportunities across various departments.
• Develop and implement automation solutions.

• Develop and maintain documentation for automation processes.
• Manage an inventory of automations and tools.
• Maintain relationships with tool vendors and stay updated on industry trends.
• Drive adoption of automation initiatives.
• Participate in weekly sprint meetings.

Requirements

• Python and PowerShell experience preferred.
• Business Process Automation Experience (Rewst, PowerAutomate, UiPath or Similar).
• Proven experience in automation and tools management.
• Experience working with RMMs and Ticketing Systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
