This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the General Counsel in a remote position, focusing on both commercial litigation and in-house advisory work.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active Florida Bar membership required.
• 3–7 years of experience in commercial litigation and contract disputes.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently and collaboratively.
• Business-minded approach with strong judgment.
• Preferred: Prior in-house experience and New York bar admission.
