Requirements

• Accredited Nursing Program completion required
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• ACLS and PALS certifications required for specific areas
• Registered Nurse Compact License or Florida state license required
• One year of nursing experience required
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to handle high-stress situations effectively
• Must meet department-specific credential requirements
• Willingness to obtain additional certifications as required
