We’re seeking a skilled Digital Account Manager who’s passionate about driving exceptional results.
CNS have a well established digital marketing team. The Digital Account Manager role will take the lead in all things Website and help shape the future of Website delivery at CNS.
We need a dedicated expert to lead our clients’ Web projects, work closely with design & development teams and provide regular client comms.
Understanding how an effective website can compliment other media & digital marketing activity is important.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in an account management or project management role, ideally within a digital or web agency environment.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Organised & Detail-Oriented: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines and budgets are adhered to.
Technical Understanding: Familiarity with web development processes and technologies (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, HTML, CSS) is a plus.
An understanding of SEO & Google Analytics is desirable for this role.
Agency experience is desirable, but not essential.
