Mortgage Resolution Loss Mitigation Analyst II - Remote

Overview

The Mortgage Resolution Analyst II will be responsible for the processing activities related to Mortgage Resolution functions including but not limited to: Assumptions closing, Loss Mitigation closing and quality control management. They will work with all Servicing departments to establish a net-new mortgage servicer. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and executing mortgage resolution policies and procedures effectively. This position plays a critical role in assisting borrowers facing important financial decisions and possible financial difficulties, by ensuring loan assumptions and loss mitigation options are processed accurately and promptly.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in loan assumption and loss mitigation closing activities.
• 3+ years of experience in quality control activities.
• Understanding of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, USDA guidelines.
• Loan origination closing experience preferred.
• Ability to impact cross-functionally across servicing operations.
• Highly organized, reliable, and results-driven.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
