Overview

The Customer Success Executive at Sprintax is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact, and addressing day-to-day queries related to tax services for nonresidents in the US.

In Short

  • Manage existing and newly onboarded Sprintax Returns clients.
  • Handle day-to-day questions from partners and their students.
  • Oversee the annual invoice renewal process.
  • Identify upselling opportunities for additional Sprintax products.
  • Drive growth by encouraging participation in marketing initiatives.
  • Evaluate new product and service opportunities.
  • Manage accounts and invoicing via HubSpot.
  • Assist the sales team in securing presentation opportunities.
  • Deliver tax content webinars in collaboration with sales and marketing.
  • Manage annual customer satisfaction surveys.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of account management and customer service experience.
  • Entrepreneurial approach in a small team environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong energy and enthusiasm.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to undertake training on US nonresidents tax.
  • Computer literacy with knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience with large and small organizations (3-5 years).
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, banking, business, finance, or tax preferred.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Flexibility to work US hours during tax season.
