Overview

As an Implementation Specialist at ClubRunner, you will work as part of the implementation team, configuring and deploying CRM-based SaaS projects for clients, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience supporting SaaS implementation projects.
• Proven ability to gather and understand client requirements.
• Solid technical and analytical background.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
