Overview

As a Technical Account Manager/FinOps Account Manager, you will put two of your passions — data analysis and empowering customers — to work every day. You’ll work directly with customers to provide cost intelligence observations, facilitate conversations around causes/solutions to cost growth, and help guide them on their FinOps journey.

In Short

  • Ongoing customer segment onboarding and implementation initiatives
  • Form and maintain strong strategic relationships across key customer personas
  • Communicate value and monitor performance metrics/KPIs
  • Be the Customer Success ambassador for the product and engineering teams
  • Introduce new products/features and champion business outcomes
  • Solve complex customer/vendor issues
  • Build and monitor customer adoption metrics
  • Support retention and expansion for your assigned customer segment
  • Develop and maintain operational and design effectiveness of internal controls
  • Create and maintain standards for data analysis and presentations

Requirements

  • Experience in Technical Account Management or similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
  • Experience with cloud services and cost management
  • Proven track record in customer success and relationship management
  • Familiarity with performance metrics and KPIs
  • Ability to develop scalable technical solutions
  • Experience in conducting business reviews
  • Strong presentation skills
