• Develop backend applications for KYC processes and banking operations.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to the Brazilian Central Bank (Bacen).
• Develop and maintain comprehensive automated test suites.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails development.
• Strong systems architecture and coding/scripting skills.
• Experience with service-oriented architectures and complex distributed systems at scale.
• Deep understanding of the Brazilian financial ecosystem and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka).
• Advanced English communication skills.
