In Short

• Lead and develop the Cloud Service team.
• Ensure smooth 24/7 operations and integrate external specialists as needed.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, preferably with an MBA or similar qualification.
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level).
• Extensive experience in operations/service management for data centers or cloud platforms.
• Leadership experience in building and coaching teams.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and compliance standards.
