Overview

As an Onboarding Coach at Cloudbeds, you will support customers and internal teams in general billing questions, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for clients using our platform.

In Short

  • Support customers in onboarding and training using the Cloudbeds platform.
  • Assist with follow-ups and the onboarding process for new accounts.
  • Provide daily support to existing customers in English and other languages.
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure customer success and product adoption.
  • Resolve customer inquiries via various communication channels.
  • Utilize training materials to stay updated on system changes.
  • Attend online training sessions to enhance skills.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for customers.
  • Gather client feedback for software improvements.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by creating tutorials and support articles.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in hospitality (hotels, hostels, BNBs).
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Fluency in English and Tagalog.
  • Problem-solving abilities and emotional management skills.
  • Experience with computer systems and software.
  • Excellent internet connection for remote work.
  • Entry-level position with a compatible graduation course.
