Overview

Clipbook (clipbook.io) is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team. This is the first recruiting hire at Clipbook, with the opportunity to build our talent acquisition strategy from the ground up. You will be ‘running the show.’ In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and closing top-tier candidates across engineering, product, sales, and operations. You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to scale a world-class team in a fast-growing, high-impact startup.

Requirements

• Minimum ~2-3 years experience in recruiting.
• Track record of sourcing and hiring top talent across multiple functions.
• Exceptional execution capabilities and communication skills.
• Ability to operate autonomously and make high-velocity hiring decisions.
• Experience in early-stage hiring preferred.
• Background in tech recruiting, particularly in SaaS or AI companies.
