Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Human Resources Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. This role will support strategic HR initiatives, organizational planning, compliance, and talent management.

• Serve as a strategic HR advisor to leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and employee relations
• Lead and execute HR initiatives such as policy development, performance management, and DEI programming
• Review and refine HR policies, procedures, and compliance processes
• Support talent acquisition and onboarding efforts for key roles
• Advise on compensation, benefits, and retention strategies
• Provide coaching to managers on best practices in leadership and people development
• Manage sensitive employee relations cases with professionalism and discretion

Requirements

• Depth of experience in operational and strategic HR leadership
• Experience in dynamic, growing organizations
• Strong understanding of HR policies and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion
