• Build and manage a high-performing affiliate partner program targeting chiropractors.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners within the chiropractic industry.
• Maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing updates and resources.
• Monitor affiliate activity, measure KPIs, and prepare reports.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to capture affiliate-generated leads.
• Collaborate with marketing for co-branded webinars and promotions.
• Ensure all communications align with brand standards and compliance guidelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in channel sales or affiliate marketing.
• Familiarity with chiropractic practice management and regulatory pain points.
• A strong network within the chiropractic industry is a plus.
• Track record of hitting partnership-driven sales goals.
• Highly self-motivated and organized.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and comfort with affiliate tracking tools.
• Ability to travel occasionally to industry events.
