MEL Developer, Designer and Producer - Remote

Overview

The Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Developer, Designer and Producer will work within the Climate Resilient Regions (CRR) Team at Climate-KIC, focusing on supporting regions and communities transitioning to climate resilience through a transformational adaptation approach.

In Short

• Develop and deliver MEL related activities within EU Mission Adaptation projects.
• Lead on the design and implementation of project-specific MEL frameworks.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to co-design MEL frameworks.
• Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data for actionable reports.
• Support the development of a systems innovation MEL approach.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders for feedback and communication.
• Advise and coach colleagues and partners on MEL practices.
• Collaborate closely with project leads and delivery teams.
• Empower local stakeholders to embrace transformational change.

Requirements

• Experience in developing and implementing MEL frameworks.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Experience with collaborative IT applications (Office365, Microsoft Teams).
• Interest in using AI tools for data collection.
• Experience in facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of innovation frameworks is desirable.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse groups.
• Problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
