In Short

• Design engaging and intuitive UX/UI designs for our flagship product using Figma.
• Create clickable prototypes to communicate designs to engineers and the broader team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver and ship new features.
• Present and rationalise designs to peers and the leadership team.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gain insights into customer engagement.
• Use product data to make informed decisions that positively impact user experience.
• Establish and promote design guidelines and best practices.
• Self-manage and take ownership of all design work within your squad.
• Uphold ethical standards and create a supportive work environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in designing complex responsive web applications.
• Strong understanding and experience in working with Figma.
• Ability to unpack the problem space and generate ideas in a lean and rapid way.
• Practical knowledge and experience in applying user-centric design principles.
• Experience in developing and maintaining design systems.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Curiosity and engagement with the latest product design trends and technology.
• An innate drive for continuous learning and improvement.
• Ability to prioritise team collaboration and open feedback.
