Overview

The Principal Consultant, Consulting Services, Resilience leads and performs Clearwater consulting engagements and managed services related to healthcare resilience, contributing to the Company’s rapid growth and providing technical expertise to prepare healthcare organizations for unplanned disruptions.

• Lead consulting engagements in healthcare resilience.
• Provide technical expertise in risk and resilience methodologies.
• Engage in thought leadership and new solution development.
• Deliver presentations and reports to clients.
• Develop tools and templates for client engagements.
• Plan and coordinate internal and client resources.
• Socialize an interdisciplinary approach to healthcare resilience.
• Understand and interpret client policies and procedures.
• Utilize 75% of time for client billable work.
• Travel required approximately 25% of the time.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in healthcare resilience.
• Five years of hands-on expertise in resilience program management.
• Experience in consulting and managing teams.
• Relevant experience in risk threat assessments and continuity planning.
• Technical training and certifications such as CBCP, CEM, CISM.
• Effective verbal and communication skills.
• Experience in delivering resilience training.
• Ability to understand SOWs and client proposals.
