Senior Product Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping our Invoice Funding product to meet the evolving needs of our customers. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll leverage a blend of qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive product strategies.

• Conduct ongoing generative and evaluative research to optimize the product.
• Work with cross functional teams to understand requirements and translate concepts into clear acceptance criteria.
• Adapt and iterate the product based on evolving customer needs.
• Ensure a cohesive and intuitive user experience across all products.

• Present product concepts and strategies to stakeholders.
• Own the complete product management cycle from discovery to delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience (Fintech / B2B preferred).
• Thrive in a fast-paced culture and take ownership of processes.
• Capable of breaking down complex problems and making data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication skills to present complex concepts.
• Proven leadership capabilities to motivate cross-functional teams.
• Ability to think long term while delivering iterative value.
• Focus on customer insights and quantitative data.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
