• The role focuses on People Analytics, leveraging SQL and Power BI.

• Write SQL queries for ad-hoc requests.
• Create and enhance Power BI reports under data governance guidelines.
• Run and troubleshoot Python and R scripts for data cleaning and automation.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve data quality issues.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis is required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Advanced SQL expertise for complex query development.
• Expert level proficiency in Power BI and DAX.
• Intermediate knowledge of Python for data cleaning and automation.
• Strong communication skills and advanced English proficiency.
