• Seeking Program Therapists for IOP and PHP.
• Prioritize patient care and strive for clinical excellence.
• Conduct patient assessments to determine mental health needs.
• Work directly with patients and families for collaborative care.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic services.
• Document necessary information in EMR/EHR platform.
• Collaborate with the treatment team for quality client care.
• Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.
• Offer psychoeducation to clients and families.

Requirements

• Masters in Clinical Counseling / Social Work or relevant Illinois licensure.
• Experience in group, family, and individual therapy.
• Experience with diverse populations and co-occurring disorders.
