In Short

• Seeking Full-Time Program Therapists for Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP).
• Prioritize patient care and strive for clinical excellence.
• Conduct patient assessments to determine mental health needs.
• Work directly with patients and families for collaborative care.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic services.
• Document necessary information in EMR/EHR platform.
• Collaborate with treatment team to ensure quality client care.
• Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.
• Offer psychoeducation to clients and families.
• Full-time schedule: Mon-Friday, 11am-8pm with one-hour break.

Requirements

• Master's in clinical counseling or social work with appropriate Illinois state licensure.
• Experience in group, family, and individual therapy.
• Experience working with diverse populations and co-occurring disorders.
