In Short

• Seeking Program Therapists for Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP).
• Prioritize patient care and strive for clinical excellence.
• Full-Time shift: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm.
• Opportunity for virtual/hybrid work based on program requirements.
• Base salary range $55-$80k commensurate with experience and licensure.
• Evening shift incentive for all Program Therapists that work 11 am - 8 pm (Monday - Friday).
• Support IOP/PHP program by running therapy groups and providing 1:1 therapy.
• Conduct patient assessments and establish therapy treatment goals.
• Document all necessary information in our EMR/EHR platform.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure quality client care.

Requirements

• Masters in Clinical Counseling / Masters in Social Work or relevant Illinois state licensure.
• Experience in group, family, and individual therapy.
• Experience working with diverse populations and diagnoses.
