Requirements

• Proficient in Python, Linux, AWS, and related technologies.
• Understanding of neural NLP models and RAG techniques.
• Experience with model lifecycle management.
• Ability to architect complex systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to synthesize technical information.
• Passionate about sustainability and impact.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
• Experience in a start-up or tech company is a plus.
• PhD in ML or related fields is a nice to have.
