Overview

This role is primarily responsible for supporting the sales team within Salesforce, processing and executing sales orders through the systems for accurate invoicing and renewals ongoing. As needed, this role will also assist with data cleanup and creation for larger company initiatives. The Revenue Execution Specialist will work on continual overall process improvement and development of training to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across departments.

  • Flexible in working style and can work independently on projects, as well as collaboratively with your team

Requirements

  • Review and update accounts, agreements, invoicing, and renewal information when processing sales.
  • Review and update first-tier Deal Desk quotes within Salesforce.
  • Work with appropriate levels of management for approval, working closely with the Contracts and Accounting departments.
  • Provide first-tier support for any end-user technical or process questions in Salesforce.
  • Assist with data validation and work with other departments as required.
  • Proactively identify operation improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.
