People Team Advisor - Part Time - Remote

The People Team Advisor role involves providing comprehensive support across various People activities in a fast-paced environment, focusing on both operational tasks and improvement projects.

• Part-time role, 24 hours per week.

Requirements

• Experience in HR, preferably in a similar-sized organization.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and people skills.
• Proactive and solution-focused mindset.
• Broad HR generalist experience.
• Strong IT skills, experience with HR/ATS systems.
• CIPD qualification is a plus but not required.
