In Short

• Work on code related issues and technical subject matters.
• Prepare mechanical system descriptions and technical reports.
• Research and review mechanical appliances and materials.
• Attend meetings with industry stakeholders and city agencies.
• Respond to inquiries from engineers and architects.
• Research applicable design standards and codes.
• Provide technical assistance to industry members.
• Eligible for remote work up to 2 days per week.
• Position is policy influencing.
• Must have a valid New York State Professional Engineer License.

Requirements

• Valid New York State License as a Professional Engineer.
• Six years of full-time satisfactory experience in relevant engineering fields.
• At least two years in an executive, managerial, or administrative capacity.
