We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Software Engineer to lead the adoption of modern engineering practices and drive technology transformation within our teams.

In Short

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications.
Implement trunk-based development practices for continuous integration and rapid delivery.
Develop clean, maintainable, and testable code following SOLID principles.
Ensure high levels of unit test coverage, TDD, and BDD.
Drive the adoption of modern engineering methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce secure coding practices.
Collaborate effectively in agile environments and mentor junior engineers.
Lead technical discussions and contribute to design documentation.
Optimize deployments and enhance production resilience.
Foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements

8+ years of strong hands-on experience in coding Java and related technologies.
Hands-on experience with UI technology like Angular and JavaScript.
Deep expertise in design patterns, system design, and microservices architecture.
Proficiency in TDD, BDD, and an automation-first mindset.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience conducting code reviews and vulnerability assessments.
Exposure to modern cloud-native technologies like Openshift and Kubernetes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Good-to-have: Experience with event-driven architecture and distributed systems.
