Senior Data Engineer - Assistant Vice President - Remote

Overview

The Data Engineer is accountable for developing high quality data products to support the Bank’s regulatory requirements and data driven decision making. They will serve as an example to other team members, work closely with customers, and remove or escalate roadblocks.

Requirements

• First Class Degree in Engineering/Technology.
• 8 to 13 years’ experience in data engineering.
• Hands-on experience with ETL and data integration platforms.
• Experience with big data platforms like Hadoop and Snowflake.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python.
• Exposure to CI/CD platforms and version control.
• Strong grasp of data governance principles.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
