Overview

The Issues Quality Assurance (IQA) team within the Finance Transformation organization is responsible for managing the quality and control of documentation across the issue management lifecycle, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial processes.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Audit, Quality Assurance, or Controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to influence and lead global teams.
• Strong attention to detail with a big-picture understanding.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
