QA Automation Engineer - AVP - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly-skilled Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Java and Selenium, particularly in the investment banking sector.

In Short

• Develop automation scripts and framework libraries for UI and API testing.
• Participate in Delivery Feature Teams for impact analysis of design and implementation.
• Define test plans and test cases for functional and end-to-end testing.
• Drive in-sprint automation of Feature Deliveries.
• Perform detailed root cause analysis of defects.
• Produce regular Test Reports for key stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with global teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Troubleshoot issues with Linux, containers, and virtualization.
• Mentor team members on technical and domain-related queries.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced and complex matrix environment.

Requirements

• Good track record of delivering QA for Front Office Trading Systems.
• Experience in Investment Banking Markets Technology.
• Strong programming skills in Java.
• Expertise in Selenium WebDriver and Playwright for UI automation.
• Experience with Git and CI tools like Jenkins.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with ALM, Zephyr, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience on Single Dealer Platforms FX and Local Market.
