This role involves managing the Managers Control Self-Assessment (MCA) program, focusing on risk management, compliance, and operational controls within Citi.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of compliance laws and best practices.
• Proven experience in control-related functions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
