Overview

iCapital is looking to hire a Project Manager Assistant Vice President to join the Data Solutions team, integral in delivering core goals of streamlining data aggregation and improving efficiency for clients.

In Short

• Partner with product managers to document user stories and tasks in JIRA.
• Become a subject-matter expert in Alternative Investment Data Management.
• Engage with end users and stakeholders to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap project and test plans.
• Serve as the evangelist for your product area.
• Work alongside engineering teams to ensure accurate and transparent timelines.
• Facilitate decision-making processes.
• Assist in producing internal and external collateral.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in financial services or financial technology.
• Project management experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence.
• Previous experience as a scrum master.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to lead project planning and management.
• Experience defining process flows and user stories.
• Risk assessment and mitigation skills.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
