Learning Administration & Services Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Learning Administration & Services Analyst is responsible for supporting vendor engagement and expense management activities, ensuring compliance with policies and standards while providing consultative support to the Learning Advisory and Execution teams.

In Short

• Identify efficiency opportunities and process improvements.
• Liaise with global counterparts for consistent process application.
• Investigate and analyze initiatives for new clients or services.
• Monitor and assess the impact of Multifonds functionality.
• Provide project status reports and functional road maps.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Drive compliance and manage control issues transparently.
• Support vendor engagement activities.
• Assist in purchasing and payment processes.
• Provide consultative support to Learning teams.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Subject matter expert in derivatives products.
• Experience with assurance/asset management clients.
• Effective analytical skills for requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of Multifonds and fund accounting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
