Overview

The Hybrid Mortgage Representative is responsible for driving mortgage sales and client relationships through engagement with community clients, real estate agents, and affordable housing partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of mortgage sales experience.
• Expertise in general lending products.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Ability to explain financial calculations.
• Knowledge of consumer lending laws.
• Self-motivated and independent.
• Strong relationship development skills.
• Ability to assess risk in business decisions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
