Overview

The Human Resources (HR) Generalist Lead is a senior level position responsible for leading the delivery of day-to-day HR support in coordination with the Human Resources team, providing a broad range of HR services to client groups within Citi.

• Coordinate and implement HR solutions across the employee lifecycle.

• Collaborate with HR partners to deliver regional activities.
• Demonstrate clear and concise communication skills.
• Maintain knowledge of HR functions and applicable US laws.
• Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced English level.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PeopleSoft.
• Working knowledge of HR functions and US laws.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
