Data Quality Intermediate Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Data Quality Intermediate Analyst is responsible for delivering subject matter and industry expertise across the enterprise in coordination with the Data Quality team. This role deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems.

• Partners with business teams to develop process improvements and streamline operational workflows.
• Applies professional judgment and attention to detail when interpreting data and results.
• May provide informal guidance or training to new or lower-level team members.
• Communicates with tact and diplomacy with project stakeholders.
• Works with a multidisciplinary group of business leads, operations managers, and technologists.
• Reports Data Quality issues through the Data Concern Remediation Management process.
• Defines detailed business data requirements and documents them.
• Assesses risk when making business decisions, considering compliance and ethical standards.
• Demonstrates understanding of Database structures.
• Flexible, team-oriented with good interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience with Data Quality programs; Banking or Finance industry preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Collibra and other Data Governance tools.
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL.
• Working knowledge of Tableau.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
