EUC/ITeSS Champion – Data Governance & Support Lead - VP - Remote

Overview

The Client organization is dedicated to empowering our clients' growth by deeply understanding and anticipating their needs and by harnessing the full power of Citi. This role provides strategic oversight and support related to End User Computing (EUC) and IT Enabled Smart Solutions (ITeSS) policy compliance across the Client Organization globally.

In Short

• Provide oversight, guidance, and support for EUC/ITeSS governance.
• Partner with key teams to drive tools and capabilities.
• Act as Point-of-Contact for EUC/ITeSS initiatives.
• Administer First Line of Defense challenges and audits.
• Measure policy adherence and remedial actions.
• Engage with leaders to drive EUC agenda progress.
• Conduct Quality Assurance reviews of EUC/ITeSS use cases.
• Support transformation-related deliverables.
• Provide risk and control guidance.
• Work globally with senior leaders and teams.

Requirements

• 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
• Experience with EUC and ITeSS Policies.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment.
• Detail-oriented with project management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Flexible and adaptive to organizational needs.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
