Client Tax Service Officer - Remote

Overview

The Client Tax Service Officer is a developing professional role in the Client Tax Services (CTS) Team, responsible for managing client tax documentation and addressing tax-related queries while collaborating with various teams.

In Short

• Manage client tax documentation, including W-Series and CRS Forms.
• Handle day-to-day tax-related queries from clients and banking teams.
• Engage with UHNW client relationships and Tax Advisors.
• Develop systems and processes to improve client experience.
• Ensure client tax forms are valid and up to date.
• Draft internal and external communications regarding tax matters.
• Identify function gaps and implement solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• 2+ years in a client services role.
• Knowledge of investments, banking, and credit products.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Client-facing experience with a focus on operations and compliance.
• Experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management preferred.
• Understanding of Tax Regulations is beneficial.
• Foundational knowledge of US and Non-US Tax.
